Come join us for fun under the sun where learning and imagination takes flight with Kidz Treehouse Explorers.

Explore the sights and sounds of the luscious green space of Sengkang Riverside Park and Bishan-AMK Park, home to wildlife, rich bio-diversity and exotic fruits and plants. Explorers aged 4-7 years old will step into a new world of possibilities as they engage in a time of creative storytelling and self-expression through natural elements within their reach. Kids will spend time singing, creating and listening to stories that will not only develop their language but also grow their hearts.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, INDEMNIFICATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Programme Waiver and Release Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay is committed to conducting adventure-play recreational programmes and activities with minimal adult intervention in a safe manner while carrying out child-directed play. Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay operates supervised facilities that involve free play in settings with tools, and movable objects. Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay endeavours to ensure that the premises, equipment and setting are inspected regularly and that the activities are supervised by properly trained staff to maintain high standards of safety. In consideration of the services of and in order to participate in the activities provided by Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay together with all agents, owners, managers, successors, affiliates, sponsors, landlords, partners, investors, participants, volunteers, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on behalf of the above-named company, collectively referred to as Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge ForestPlay, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, my wards, assigns, personal representatives and estate as follows:
ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL RISKS:
I, the undersigned adult listed below, am at least 18 years of age and represent that I have full authority as parent or legal guardian of the below listed minor(s).

- On behalf of the below listed participant(s) under the age of 18 (“minors”), as their parent or legal guardian, I knowingly, voluntarily, and freely accept and assume any and all risks, both known and unknown, of injuries or other loss or damage that may be suffered while on premises operated by Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay, however caused, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence of Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay.

- I recognise and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in this program/ activity, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss.
Such risks include, but are not limited to, cuts and bruises, falls, injuries from or contact with other participants, emotional harm, and which may occur as a result of use or misuse of the facility and equipment in any way by anyone, including the use of equipment that malfunctions or breaks.

- I certify that the listed minor(s) are in good physical condition for the activities in which they will be participating and certify that they do not have any medical condition that may preclude them from safely participating. I agree that Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlayreserves the right to cancel or modify the activity or booking if there are any physical concerns or ability that puts the listed minor(s), other participants, the general public or Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay staff at adverse risk.

- I further allow Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay to reserve the right to cancel or modify any activity if it believes there to be unacceptable risk attached in offering or conducting such any of its activities that may be due to misuse or malfunction of equipment, changes in the weather, unpredictable actions by other participants or for any other reasons, and that such decision is at Explorers by Kidz Treehouse's and ForestPlay’s sole discretion.

- I am aware that Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay is not a child care facility and the listed minor(s) is / are responsible for adhering to all the guidelines and safety regulations and respecting their own safety and the safety of others. I am aware that the listed minor(s) is / are responsible for staying on site and that Explorers by Kidz Treehouse's and ForestPlay’s staff are not able to monitor all participants at all times.

- I agree to follow all the instructions set out in the Safety Rules, along with all instructions to be given to me and/or to the listed minor(s) by Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay staff before and during the Activity.

- I agree that I am responsible for any children in my care and undertake to ensure that he/she/they read, understand and will follow the instructions set out in the Safety Rules and oral instructions mentioned above.
WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS
*
- On behalf of the listed minor(s), I expressly waive any and all claims, suits or demands for personal injury, property damage or other loss, direct or indirect against Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay, including but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision and/or negligent instruction, faulty equipment, or the activities of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay for any and all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, sustained by me or any of the listed minors on the property operated by Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay, whether arising out of or resulting from their participation in activities, use of equipment, and facilities.

- I expressly and voluntarily agree to waive, release, acquit and forever discharge Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay from and against all claims, damages, injuries, expenses, arising out of or resulting from administering of or failing to administer medical assistance to me or any of the listed minor(s). I agree that I shall indemnify Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay for any reasonable costs, including legal fees, costs and disbursements which may be required to enforce this waiver. I grant Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay the right to request emergency medical services for the listed minor(s) in the event Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay deem a situation medically necessary and I agree to cover any and all associated expenses.
COVID-19 Waiver
Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay has taken and will continue to take steps to reduce likelihood of transmission of the COVID-19 virus, including but not limited to those steps required by the local authorities.
As a condition to participating in all ForestPlay activities, participants must agree to abide by all instructions and policies provided by ForestPlay staff to minimise the likelihood of COVID-19 transmission.

- By signing below, I agree to release and hold harmless Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay for any and all damages, costs, expenses or other harms that I, and / or the listed minor(s) may incur related to COVID-19.
*
- I hereby give Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay permission to use photo images of the listed participant for the purpose of promoting Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay programmes in publication and on the web. I agree that the images become the exclusive property of Explorers by Kidz Treehouse and ForestPlay and waive all rights thereto. I acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind. For privacy and protection, no names of children will be used on the web. (You can change your mind regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any photographs at any time by contacting us at sustainability@kowabunga.com.sg)

- I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I agree to be bound by its terms for myself and on behalf of the listed minor(s). If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable by Singapore law, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Participation will be denied if the signature of a parent/ guardian and date are not on this programme waiver and release form.
